Profile Information
I like all type of photography - it's the final image that counts and
which equipment (film or digital) that was used to make it is of secondary
importance.
I use a Canon G11 compact for my general day to day shooting and Canon
EOS 5D mark II with 12-24, 17-40, 24-105, 100-400 for the more serious
work.
I also use a Mamiya 645 with lenses from 24mm to 210mm and shoot on
Velvia 100.
I've been taking photographs since 1968 and have a large library
of work to refer to.
I am also a member of The Gryffe Camera Club based
in Houston, Renfrewshire, Scotland, UK
I recently was honoured by being selected as the Provost's
Community Award Winner for Art and Culture for 2011 - more here
